Skills and qualifications audits support the rational filtering of your existing workforce where nepotism or overzealous diversity, equity and inclusion frameworks may have allowed under-qualified or culturally inappropriate candidates into your organisations.
Due to Australia’s particular regulations, some risk can be mitigated by using a third party to perform such reviews and restructures. We have specific expertise with such activities and typically start with your administrative or corporate services departments.
